Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Canada)
We ship across Canada via Canada Post.

Orders of $100 and more: FREE Express Shipping.

Orders under $100: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

Quebec & Ontario: 2 to 4 business days.

Rest of Canada: 3 to 7 business days.

3. Order Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time on the Canada Post website.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order. Novee is not responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply in such cases.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours at noveecanada@gmail.com. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
